Bugged item? - Guild Wars Forums

Hi,

I knew blue weapons can be dropped without any mods, but I have never seen that on a purple item. So, I just wonder if this item is bugged or not.
Also note that the item is unidentified and uninscribable.

you can get gold and purples without any modifiers...so the answer is no, its not bugged.
